After 26 years in the property industry, Andrew has multi-faceted property experience in the areas of: land and built form project management, marketing, property sales, market analysis, valuation and asset management. Andrew is the Licensee and Co-Director of AREA. Andrew is also the CEO of Rental Management Australia (RMA). Andrew has a wealth of property experience including being the Sales & Marketing Director and Licensee for the West Australian division of a private national property firm, one of the largest in Australia. Between 2003 – 2009 Andrew held a dual role as the Senior Development Manager (Built Form) and Licensee for a high profile publicly listed developer and completed numerous built form projects to a high level of satisfaction to both shareholders and purchasers of land and built form product. Andrew has also previously held the position of REIWA – Deputy Chairman (Mandurah Branch), served as REIWA Public Enquiries member. Andrew’s expertise are also called on as a member of the Property and Planning Sub-Committee to the Board of Iona College, Mosman Park.

Michael is a director of AREA and has been in the property industry for almost 30 years. He has sat on REIWA public enquiries and numerous other voluntary boards and been involved with the sales and marketing of many landmark developments in Perth such as The Old Swan Brewery and The Raffles.

Katherine has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Specialising in project marketing of large scale developments including off-the-plan apartments, built form projects, and land developments, Katherine’s sales experience includes projects such as Queens Riverside Apartments, Anstey Grove Forrestdale, Quenda Hammond Park, Baldivis Grove, Frasers Landing, and Kalmina Byford Land Estates.

With over a decade of real estate experience, Sarah has been responsible for delivering sales on some of Perth’s biggest property projects. Respected amongst industry peers, Sarah has a strong network of contacts and is often approached by developers and financiers for advice and market updates.
